The accord envisages building an 80 MW hydroelectric power station in the Samtskhe/Javakheti region of Georgia, Yazicilar Holding (YAZIC.IS) said in a statement to the Istanbul Stock Exchange.

It said the power station will have annual production capacity of about 420 kilowatt hours.

Under the agreement, AEH will have a 51 percent stake in the power station leaving Energon International with 49 percent.

Shares in Yazicilar were up 6.7 percent at 5.42 lira after the announcement.

Sébastien Trudel and Marc-Antoine Audette, co-hosts of Les Cerveaux de l’info, the drive-home show on Montreal’s CKOI-FM, spent five days last week persuading Ms. Palin’s Republican Party staff that French President Nicolas Sarkozy wanted to speak with her by phone and wish her well in tomorrow’s election.

“When we started to work on the idea last Tuesday,” Mr. Audette said in an interview yesterday, “we thought it would be mission impossible. But after about a dozen calls, we started to realize it might work, because her staff didn’t know the name of the French President. They asked us to spell it.”

Always an athletically promising guard, Keyon has failed to live up to the hype of, at the very least, a poor man’s Steve Francis.  He remains a sometimes active defender, exciting dunker, and poor substitute for even a substitute point guard.
